Park Pavilion Rentals

     The York County Department of Parks and Recreation provides access to more than 30 pavilions throughout the park system. Prices range from $65 to $75 per day, $35 on weekdays, depending on capacity, which ranges from 75 to 200 persons. Picnic pavilions are available from 8 a.m. to dusk, except Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.
Unreserved pavilions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
     Amenities include charcoal grills, 100-volt electrical outlets, trails, ballfields, playgrounds, and space for volleyball and horseshoes. Remember to provide your own sports equipment. Miscellaneous items available for rent include: Jiffy-Johns ($150 per toilet) and gazebo (Rudy or Kain). Remember to bring trash bags with you to the picnic site. Dumpsters are located nearby for proper disposal. Jiffy-Johns are set-up Friday and take-down Monday. Parking at pavilions is strictly prohibited, only unloading and loading of vehicles is permitted.
     Pavilions and restrooms are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible, with the exception of Raccoon Pavilion, which is located at Spring Valley County Park. To reserve a pavilion, call (840-7440) or visit the park office, 400 Mundis Race Road, form 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, personal check or cash. No cancellations/No refunds once payment is made.

     If you are looking for open space to enjoy a family gathering or company picnic in a natural setting, think about reserving a pavilion with the York County Department of Parks and Recreation.
