Rates do not include a 6% PA sales tax. The state tax will be added upon completion of rental.
Minimum rental is HALF hour at 50% of the first hour rate.
Additional Hour Rates will be rounded off to the nearest half hour.
No group or senior citizen rates.
Must be at least 16 years old to rent a boat.

RENTAL POLICY AND WATERWAYS RULES


P.F.D.'s: Coastguard approved personal flotation devices (life jackets) are supplied to each person. Children 12 years of age and younger must wear a life jacket at all times. Do not sit on P. F. D.

You are responsible for your actions with a rented boat. Operate it in a safe and considerate manner. Keep a distance of 50' from other boats, buoys, dams, shallow areas and the shoreline. No legs or hands over the side of the boat.

A boat attendant will assist you, when entering and leaving your boat. Please be safe!

You are expected to return the boat clean, as you received it.

You will be charged for any damage incurred by or to the rental boat including: Breakage or loss of oars, paddles, anchors and/or P. F. D.'s. The boat attendant will complete an incident report. Then this report is forwarded to the County Parks, Manager of Natural Resources for review. The Manager of Natural Resources determines the amount of damage fees charged to the renter.

All boats must be returned by 7:45 P.M. or subject to a retrieval charge of $25.00 in addition to rental fees.
